Special Envoy named for 2021 Food Systems Summit

January 13, 2020

Secretary General Antonio Guterres announced last month that Agnes Kalibata of Rwanda will be the Special Envoy for the 2021 Food Systems Summit. In this role Ms. Kalibata will be providing leadership and strategic direction as well as act as the liaison between the United Nations system and key partners for the Summit.
