WEBINAR More than Money: Mapping the landscape of advisory support for inclusive business
The Practitioner Hub for Inclusive Business is hosting a Webinar on 31 August 2017, 5 pm Nariobi (3 pm London and 10 am Washington) for the launch of the report “More than Money: Mapping the landscape of advisory support for inclusive business” from USAID.
As impact entrepreneurs and their backers are increasingly looking beyond the finance that enterprises need, different types of non-financial support or advisory support for inclusive business have mushroomed and are increasingly seen as fundamental to success at scale.
The level of interest in nonfinancial support for inclusive business far outweighs the amount of information available in the space. This report goes some way to addressing the gap, looking at what types of support are provided, what’s working or not, and what trends emerge.
The report will be launched on 31st August when you are invited to join a webinar to discuss its findings. The authors of the report will present a summary of the research, including the range of support currently available, key operational issues for providers, and lessons on effectiveness and value for entrepreneurs. We will also hear from an organization that has accessed advisory support and one that provides it.
There will be time to ask questions of the panellists and share experiences from attendees.
