Following the Open meeting to develop the policy guidance on January 24th the PSM made comments on all the five recommendations in the Rapporteur’s draft. The CFS Secretariat has now issued the zero draft of the policy guidance.

There is now a period for review and comment which will last until mid-March. The PSM has been asked to make comments and to focus on the substance of the document and make concrete proposals for improvement. There will be a revised (first) draft, which will be the basis for negotiations (Rome-May 26-28th).
